The Izzo Vivi with PID control is the home espresso machine that we at Chris' Coffee consider for someone who likes to buy once and buy right. A 20-year machine that makes exceptional espresso in such a compact package that you'll be hard-pressed to find from anyone other than Gruppo Izzo.

The commercial-grade Sherman tank of an espresso machine is a marvelously compact E-61 group heat exchanger machine. At its heart, the 1.8 liter insulated copper boiler will never let you down. Prepared to provide only the best-tasting espresso the Vivi fitted with single manometers to display boiler pressure give a view into even more consistency in pulling each shot.

Heat Exchange System

At the heart of the Vivi PID is its 1.8-liter insulated copper boiler and heat exchanger system. This setup allows users to brew espresso and steam milk simultaneously, without needing to adjust temperatures between functions. The E61 ensures thermal stability and passive pre-infusion, resulting in balanced and flavorful extractions. The machine also includes non-compression steam and hot water valves, a resettable high-limit safety system, and a 41-watt Ulka vibratory pump to maintain consistent water pressure during brewing.

Generous Water Reservoir & Cup Warmer

The Vivi PID is equipped with a surprisingly large 3-liter BPA-free water reservoir, reducing the need for frequent refilling and making it ideal for extended brewing sessions. Conveniently located at the top-back of the machine, the reservoir is easy to access and refill. Additionally, the integrated cup warmer on top of the machine keeps espresso cups at the perfect serving temperature, enhancing the overall experience.

User-Friendly Features

The Vivi PID makes steaming and milk frothing effortless with its multi-directional, no-burn stainless steel steam wand. Large Water Reservoir

For a home espresso machine, the Izzo Vivi with PID controller has a surprisingly large water reservoir. Measuring in at 3 liters, Vivi's reservoir allows for increased time between filling. When you do have to refill, the easy access filling from the top-back of the machine will have you back up and running in no time.

Customization

With five distinct configurations available for the Izzo Vivi we at Chris' Coffee, want to offer "best in class" machines, ones that you'll have for many years to come! The ability to customize our curated selection of home espresso machines is imperative to making it your own. Like many of our espresso machines - can easily be added during bench testing at no additional charge. If you do choose to have joysticks included/installed with your machine, the joystick 'knobs' will always be black and there are no additional colors available. You will, however, receive all of the items as listed below!

You can also select between 3 unique accents in red, white, or wood if you choose to have knobs.  to view what's included in these kits! The last photo of the machine with flow control devise is only pictured so you can see what it looks like. Machine does NOT include flow control.
