Freshly ground at the touch of a button, not encapsulated, and cold extracted. All made possible by the Cold Extraction Process developed by JURA. In this extraction process, cold water passes through the freshly ground coffee under high pressure, pulsating at a slow rate. This allows the fruity flavors to be optimally absorbed by the water, resulting in a natural and energizing cold drink.
