The Cool Control cools the milk to as much as 25° below the ambient temperature. Once the temperature reaches 4°C, it is maintained constantly within the optimum range. The Cool Control now comes with an energy-saving automatic switch-off function. When the stainless steel container is removed, the cooling function is automatically deactivated.

The high-quality stainless steel container holds 1 litre. With its bayonet lock, it is easy to remove, open, fill, store in the refrigerator as needed, and clean in the dishwasher.balanced taste. It has a taste profile of sweetness with aromatic notes of roasted cereals and jasmine, with a fine acidity and medium body.

Use & Care

Calibration

The milk level is calculated based on weight. For this reason, the built-in scales must be calibrated.

• Remove the stainless-steel container with its cover
• Press the “ON/OFF” button to switch “ON”
• Press and hold the calibration button for 3 seconds (1L only, 0.6L does not require this step).
• Listen for an acoustic signal sound. Calibration is now complete

Maintenance and Cleaning

Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents or hard object. This may damage the unit, the coating of the stainless-steel container holder and the stainless-steel container.

• The stainless-steel container, silicone ring, cover, adapter and metal tube are dishwasher-safe
• Before cleaning the machine, remove the mains plug from the power socket
• Clean the inside of the machine with a damp cloth
• Clean the outside of the machine with a damp cloth
• Turn unit “OFF” if you are going to be absent for a long period of time
• Not suitable for continuous operation
• Turn “OFF” overnight
