The Eureka Mignon Specialita is extremely silent and with its large 55mm diameter burrs, the Eureka can grind quickly which minimizes the amount of heat the ground coffee is subjected to.
The Eureka Mignon Specialita is a doserless grinder with a programmable touch screen that makes it easy to set your espresso dose for easy accuracy. It grinds directly into the portafilter and with its stepless micrometrical grinding adjustment, you can easily set the precise grind required.
